September and October are magnificent. Alternating cool nights and sunny days optimize fruit development.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ch\u00e2teau Fourcas Hosten 2016<\/strong>, made from 55% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Cabernet Franc, has a racy profile, combining complexity and elegance. It reveals notes of perfectly ripe, fresh red fruit. The palate is dense, full-bodied and voluminous.
