As the cold weather, the festive season and the call of the slopes approach, the H\u00f4tel Barri\u00e8re Le Fouquet’s Paris goes into winter mode<\/strong>. Within the recently renovated establishment, Barri\u00e8re has built a 20 m2 wooden chalet capable of accommodating up to 8 people on the Joy terrace<\/strong>. Inspired by the H\u00f4tel Barri\u00e8re Les Neiges Courchevel, Barri\u00e8re’s newest establishment, this mountain bubble on the world’s most beautiful avenue offers an extraordinary setting for all those nostalgic for the snowy slopes. <\/p>\n

Wooden furniture, animal skins, music, furs and Christmas decorations ensure a warm, cocooning atmosphere in this exceptional setting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For lunch and dinner, Chalet Les Neiges 1850 offers guests a unique menu.<\/p>\n

The meal opens with an appetizer and a cocktail imagined by St\u00e9phane Ginouv\u00e8s, Chef Barman Meilleur Ouvrier de France at H\u00f4tel Barri\u00e8re Le Fouquet’s Paris, based on Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne, a cuv\u00e9e dedicated to mixology, served on the rocks and paired with spiced wine.<\/p>\n

Then it’s time for the unmissable raclette <\/strong>, selected by Xavier Thuret, Fromager Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and accompanied by an assortment of charcuterie from Maison Garcia, truffle salad and grilled potatoes.<\/p>\n

For dessert, a mini Norwegian omelette and a chocolate fondue<\/strong> with the “Monsera 37% cacao” and “Akosombo 68% cacao” vintages selected by the Pastry Chef and La Maison du Chocolat, will seduce the finest palates.<\/p>\n

The 115 euro per person menu is available with or without drinks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
