A <strong>lively effervescence and a procession of fine, delicate bubbles <\/strong>appear in the glass. <\/p>\n<p>On the nose, <strong>insolent minerality and freshness<\/strong> are revealed, accompanied by aromas of citrus and sunny white peach. A <strong>bouquet of fresh flowers, <\/strong>honeysuckle, orange blossom and linden blossom, emerges. The notes are initially fruity with lemon and dried apricot, then pastry-like with that characteristic hint of fresh butter.  <\/p>\n<p>On the palate, the attack is dynamic, full-bodied and powerful.
