Between psychedelic carpets and old-fashioned eroticism, the disco ball-like rotating bar puts on a show.     <\/p>\n<p>The \u00e0 la carte menu features a festival of antipasti, from the mischievous tarte tatin with ultra-melting candied peppers, to the dazzling burnt leek dressed with fresh burrata, and the panadedda, Italian-style empanadas, whose recipe comes straight from Cagliari in Sardinia.<\/p>\n<p>And for the very first time, we&#8217;re going for the Roman pizza. 36 cm in diameter, ultra-thin and mega-crisp. Impossible to choose between the deadly Mortad&#8217;Ella Ella with pistacchio pesto, and the explosive Orange Crush with unctuous pumpkin cream and fresh gorgonzola, so we take both. As for the cocktails, each creation is a new wild trip where the colors change, from pink to purple, in an explosion of flavors.   <\/p>\n<p>And because there are dishes we&#8217;ve been dreaming of offering for years, we&#8217;re launching pre-orders for gigantic dishes to share with friends.
