The story of Flor de Ca\u00f1a began in 1890, at the foot of San Crist\u00f3bal, Nicaragua’s highest active volcano. Founded by Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, the distillery has always been renowned for its top-of-the-range, aromatic rums, which have won several awards around the world.
