Harvesting took place at night in early September 2014. The grapes then undergo direct pressing, followed by settling and fermentation in vats at around 16°C. Aging on fine lees lasts 4 to 6 months.

Château des Bertrands Blanc 2015 has an intense yellow color. The nose is very complex, with citrus and almond aromas. The attack is frank and charming, followed by a lively, straightforward, highly expressive palate of white-fleshed fruit. The finish is long and delicious.
