Cara spent several months researching and directly interviewing women with unique journeys to gather their views on how to change the world for the better. She talks about this moving experience, and her motivation to change the lives of young women everywhere. In the second episode, Cara meets Monique, Alexis and Violeta from Get Lit, a group of girls who use poetry to improve literacy and empower young people in Los Angeles. In the third episode, Ryhana Dawood, founder of Martial Smarts and a martial arts teacher, gives Cara a powerful lesson in self-defense. Finally, in the last episode, we meet Natalie and Daniella, who open up about their experiences of harassment and how they overcame this painful chapter in their lives.    <\/p>\n<p>&#8221; <em>It&#8217;s one of the most incredible experiences of my life<\/em>,&#8221; confesses Cara. &#8221;  <em>It changed me completely. What touched me in particular was observing these young women and discovering their backgrounds, what they&#8217;re up against. But what impressed me most was their strength, which prompted me to make this documentary series for PUMA, because I wanted to do something to give women a platform to share their stories.  <\/em>. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>PUMA and Cara have also teamed up to design two unique sneaker laces, which will go on sale from July 27 in the USA and Europe. Profits from the sale of the &#8221; <strong>DO YOU <\/strong>&#8221; Basket Heart laces will be donated to the UNHCR, an organization to which Cara is very attached and with which she has already collaborated on her first trip to Uganda. <\/p>\n<p>With a look that&#8217;s both bold and understated, the laces on the Basket Heart &#8221; <strong>DO YOU <\/strong>&#8221; go with every style.
