The De Beers experience at Harrods begins with a stunning fa\u00e7ade that combines our midnight-blue palette with the luminous, champagne-colored etched glass that is now a recognizable De Beers signature around the world.<\/p>\n
The store concept has been developed to showcase a variety of timeless De Beers creations, in a welcoming, comfortable and warm atmosphere. Every element has been carefully designed to guide the jewelry enthusiast from one collection to the next, including our iconic Talisman and Lotus collections, the new DB Darling engagement ring and our incomparable Haute Joaillerie pieces. Inside, this focus on refined, feminine luxury continues with noble materials, discreet walls and bespoke furnishings. De Beers has partnered with the finest craftsmen to create this unique space, centered on the use of subtle contrasts, silk and wool, refined textiles, natural oak from sustainably managed forests, and translucent glass, to create a singular atmosphere. <\/p>\n
The design-led interior captures light in many ways, like the sparkling De Beers diamonds. The play of light inside the store is led by an exceptional chandelier made of natural rock crystals. Placed in the center of the store, it emits a warm light that blends beautifully with the specially designed furniture and rich textiles. Every effort has been made to reduce the store’s carbon footprint, including the use of low-energy lighting. <\/p>\n
Haute Joaillerie is meticulously presented within a circular discovery counter, while Bridal creations are dynamically displayed in a curved counter at the heart of the store. Customers are invited to explore each diamond creation or create their own engagement ring via our bespoke “For You, Forever” service, while enjoying the intimacy of one of two private salons. <\/p>\n
Visitors will be invited on a journey that will take them from natural rough diamonds to romantic jewelry, and to marvel at the Legend Diamonds and the famous colored diamonds that mark key moments in De Beers history.<\/p>\n
