To celebrate Easter, the Prince of Wales’s Executive Chef St\u00e9phanie Le Quellec <\/strong>and her Pastry Chef Nicolas Paciello<\/strong> have come up with an Easter<\/strong> creation in partnership with the House of Lalique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the year of the Prince of Wales’s 90th birthday<\/strong>, the establishment’s two gastronomic signatures have teamed up with the famous Maison Lalique, flagship of French crystalware, to imagine a chocolate creation. These two symbols of Art D\u00e9coratif drew inspiration from Lalique’s new Aquatique collection<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The result is a fish in 43% milk chocolate from Madagascar or 73% dark chocolate from Venezuela, topped with an almond praline.<\/p>\n

Eight creations will conceal a golden ticket<\/strong> at their heart, and the lucky ones who discover it will be able to visit a Lalique boutique to receive a small crystal fish.<\/p>\n

The Prince of Wales’ Easter creation is a gourmet work of art to share, celebrating 90 years of this Luxury House and its exceptional expertise.<\/p>\n
