This estate, whose viticultural origins date back to the 11th century, was for a time attached to the Abbey of Fontfroide. In 1978, Jacqueline and Fran\u00e7ois Bories, who had become owners, rehabilitated it. Gradually, they brought out local grape varieties, characteristic of the AOC Corbi\u00e8res and Languedoc wines, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah,… With Le Hameau des Ollieux, Corbi\u00e8res 2016 demonstrates the value of their commitment. The wine of an intense, brilliant red develops from the nose notes of black fruit and coffee. In the mouth, it benefits from a superb amplitude. With notes of black fruit, coffee, it captures the attention. It has a perfect grip, facilitating the length in the mouth. Very slightly textured, it keeps a beautiful structure.<\/p>\n
