Following on from the success of its first restaurant in the Marais district, Les Pinces<\/strong> is opening a new address in Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s<\/strong>.
\nIt will feature the formula that made Les Pinces famous: a whole lobster<\/strong> (roasted or on a sandwich) at the unbeatable price of 25 euros! <\/strong>
\nThe concept originated with 4 friends, R\u00e9my Bougenaux, Vivien Mathieu, Damien B\u00f6rjesson and Louis Kerveillant, who, on returning from a trip to Boston, wanted to make lobster accessible to all. <\/strong>
