It is customary to say that we judge a Champagne house on its brut without year, its main reference. The GREMILLET house, with its ambassador, “le brut selection”, has naturally developed its Ros\u00e9 version. Both composed of 70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay, it is for its cellar master Jean-Christophe GREMILLET the most beautiful assembly in champagne.<\/p>\n

Brut S\u00e9lection: the ambassador of the house<\/h2>\n

A very beautiful pale yellow gold color makes a fine and persistent foam quiver. It is brilliant, bright and clear. The nose is smiling thanks to an invigorating alliance of floral and fruity notes with a gourmet accent. One can detect acacia, hawthorn, peach, pear and apricot. The mouth is pleasant and fresh with a nice balance between acidity and maturity. We find again the fruity taste that seduced us so much in the nose, increased by fine grilled and spicy notes.<\/p>\n

Brut Ros\u00e9: a charming cuv\u00e9e<\/h2>\n

Subtle and refined, the Ros\u00e9 champagne of the GREMILLET house invites you to a unique experience. Elegant, it has a splendid salmon color. Delicate accents of sun-drenched red and black fruit aromas (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, black currant, morello cherry and red currant) offer a gourmet finish. This infinite richness of fruit is magnified by the finesse of the bubbles. Refreshing and festive, this ros\u00e9 is a champagne pleasure that invites conviviality.<\/p>\n

Oenology<\/h2>\n

70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay.
\nBlend of 4 years of grape harvests including 20% reserve wine. 10% of red wine is used in the composition of Ros\u00e9 champagne.
\nAlcoholic fermentation at 16\u00b0. Aged for a minimum of 24 months. Homemade dosage liquor, made from wine that has been put back into the circle.<\/p>\n

THE CLASSICS<\/h2>\n

Literally translated “classic” means something that does not surprise. At GREMILLET, “Les classiques” are the essential champagnes.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the GREMILLET family house wanted to highlight two of its vintages from the “Classics” range, the White and the Ros\u00e9.<\/p>\n
