I love the mountains in summer and winter, and Meg\u00e8ve is one of my favorite places to live.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m delighted to have the opportunity to create an original tapas menu for the magnificent &#8220;M&#8221;.<br \/>\nWhy tapas? &#8220;For me, tapas is the cousin of the French hors d&#8217;oeuvre. Tapas are smaller portions, just as gastronomic, which should be explosive, surprising, tasty and singular!<br \/>\nDuring a winter sports holiday, there&#8217;s sometimes a lack of this light, diverse, gourmet offer, where everyone can find pleasure at their own convenience and in sharing.<br \/>\nThe tapas culture is directly linked to conviviality and shared pleasure, thanks to a wide choice of products to enjoy by the fireside, with family or friends. &#8220;says Yves Camdeborde.<br \/>\nA native of the B\u00e9arn region, Yves Camdeborde cut his teeth in some of the world&#8217;s greatest and most prestigious establishments, including the Ritz, the Tour D&#8217;Argent and, above all, under the tutelage of chef Christian Constant at the Crillon.<br \/>\nHis cuisine is personal to him, using quality products that are within everyone&#8217;s reach. His aim is to offer everyone the chance to sample French gastronomy in an atmosphere that reflects his warm, friendly image.<br \/>\nIn 1992, he opened his first restaurant, La R\u00e9galade, in the 14th arrondissement.
