\nIts 20 rooms, historic character, swimming pool and hammam, Michelin-starred Restaurant and Bar, make L’Hotel a world-famous Parisian institution. <\/p>\n

We recently discovered this magnificent Michelin-starred restaurant run by chef Julien Montbabut. A cuisine of tradition and savoir-faire that offers gastronomic excellence. We were touched by this chef’s work, which pays homage to French gastronomic tradition and hunting, while never neglecting modernity.
