For this special anniversary Fauchon has brought together its 10 must-have \u00e9clairs in a limited edition box set. <\/strong><br \/>\nFor the past 10 years, &#8220;Eclair Week&#8221; has been an essential back-to-school event for all gourmets. With its characteristic boldness, Maison Fauchon combines expertise and creativity to revisit this iconic pastry.
