orange\n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl>\n\t\t\t<br style='clear: both' \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>In 2013, Emmanuel Cotsoyannis and Joyce L\u00e9vi-Berrebi opened BAT in the heart of Paris&#8217;s Grands Boulevards. Founders of the Groupe La Maison Palais Royal (LMPR), these culinary enthusiasts have created what this tourist district lacks: a contemporary canteen. <\/p>\n<p>They spotted Chef Yariv Berreby and offered him the reins of the kitchen: a graduate of the Ecole Sup\u00e9rieure de Cuisine Fran\u00e7aise Ferrandi (Chef de Cuisine et Arts Culinaires) who has worked in some fine establishments (Mauritius, Sonderons, Ze kitchen Gallery, KGB).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-160729\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_8423.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8423\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_8423.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_8423-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_8423-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yariv designs the BAT menu with the help of Joyce L\u00e9vi-Berrebi, herself a Ferrandi graduate who has worked alongside David Alves (Jo\u00ebl Robuchon&#8217;s Table), Franck Charpentier and Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Rouquette (Le Scribe).<\/p>\n<p>Their intuition drives them to offer creative, contemporary and elegant cuisine.
