Join them every Wednesday at Rosa Bonheur’s brand-new cocktail bar. This trendy open-air venue offers a creative cocktail menu by Z\u00dc and its many bisons. <\/p>\n

The story of \u017bubr\u00f3wka begins in the heart of the Bia\u0142owie\u017ca Forest, in the lowlands north of Podlasie. Home to Europe’s last remaining bison, symbols of \u017bubr\u00f3wka, this primitive, wild forest is home to a plant with a delicate aroma: bison grass. <\/p>\n

Relive the magic of this ancestral forest in the heart of Paris, at the top of the Buttes-Chaumont park.<\/p>\n

The Rosa Bonheur’s bucolic bar offers us its view, its panoramic terrace and its bison until mid-September. If you’re looking for nature and sunshine, plunge into a green and peaceful setting in eastern Paris.
