Available in limited quantities, this collection of wines is recommended for all epicureans curious to discover the art of living in Southern Burgundy. This 100% Chardonnay wine draws its expression from the clay-limestone soils that surround the village of Milly-Lamartine. <\/h5>\n
The winemaking methods used are designed to highlight the identity of this terroir. Harvested at optimum ripeness, the grapes undergo delicate pressing and precise settling before fermentation and ageing on fine lees. <\/h5>\n
M\u00e2con Milly-Lamartine 2015 from Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secr\u00e8tes has a sparkling golden yellow color that at first glance evokes the light and color of M\u00e2connais Chardonnays. The nose combines yellow fruits (vine peaches) with exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit) with subtle hints of acacia and broom. The attack is round, generous and delicious. The palate is juicy and opulent, but without excess, as a slightly acidic acidity (grapefruit, orange blossom) gives it a lovely freshness. The finish is enhanced by long notes of spice and licorice. <\/h5>\n
M\u00e2con Milly-Lamartine 2015 reveals its distinctive style with sushi, prawn risotto, scallops or creamy chicken breast. To fully appreciate all its aromas, this cuv\u00e9e should ideally be served between 11 and 13\u00b0C. It can be kept for 3 to 5 years. <\/h5>\n
