A UNIQUE RECIPE<\/p>\n

AN EXCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT METHOD<\/p>\n
The grain alcohol is first distilled 3 times to achieve impeccable purity. Unlike the traditional method, Bombay Sapphire gin uses a completely new infusion distillation process: flavors are extracted through contact with steam. Bombay Sapphire uses a Carterhead still, the last four of which are still in use in Great Britain at the Laverstoke Mill distillery. Here, the mixture is heated until it turns to steam. This then passes through a large, finely pierced copper basket, each compartment containing one of the 10 ingredients in the recipe. The steam is then impregnated with the aromas, before descending into a condenser where, loaded with fragrances, it returns to its liquid form. <\/p>\n

To finally achieve the desired alcohol content, the freshly distilled mixture is blended with the purest water available from Lake Vyrnwy, one of the most unspoilt lakes in Wales, situated in the middle of a nature reserve and fed by over 30 surrounding rivers and streams.
