Air France has chosen Jean Imbert, rising star of French gastronomy and winner of Top Chef in 2012, to revisit one of its “\u00c0 la Carte Menus”.<\/p>\n

The French chef has created Le march\u00e9 de Jean Imbert, a complete meal to be enjoyed in long-haul Economy and Premium Economy cabins, as an alternative to the on-board menu on departure from Paris.<\/p>\n

Jean Imbert offers innovative flavours for a new gourmet moment in the sky:<\/p>\n

– Freshness as a starter with organic quinoa, poached egg and tarragon – Comfort with a reinterpreted blanquette d’antan<\/p>\n

– Fondant with a fruity dessert inspired by his grand finale
\nHe presents a variation on some of the dishes that made him such a success on the show, as well as some original culinary creations.<\/p>\n

Jean Imbert’s market can be booked from January 2016 for 21 euros or 7,000 Flying Blue Miles and enjoyed on board long-haul flights departing from Paris from April 1, 2016.<\/p>\n
