With this novelty, Maison Mumm reveals its avant-garde spirit in the service of taste.<\/p>\n

Renowned for its authentic taste, its varied grape varieties and its unquestionable quality, Champagne Mumm surprises with the “N\u00b01” range; Two new extra-dry references: “Dark One” and “Ros\u00e9 One”, imbued with festivity; Odes to celebration and sharing that we cannot do without.<\/em><\/p>\n

Through specific distribution, but also thanks to a unique taste, designed for both feminine palates with “Ros\u00e9 One” and masculine palates with “Dark One”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Didier Mariotto – Chef de Caves de la Maison Mumm – has chosen a dosage of 16 grams of sugar per liter and the presence of Pinot Meunier, which gives both references an unprecedented roundness.<\/em><\/p>\n

Maison G.H.Mumm highlights its avant-garde character with a breakthrough design – black carbon effect for the “Dark One” cuv\u00e9e and pink carbon for the “Ros\u00e9 One” cuv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

“Dark One” is dominated by Pinot Meunier (60%), appreciated for its fruitiness and liveliness. Pinot Noir (30%) adds a rich, fruity, racy aroma. <\/em><\/p>\n

The final note is set by the Chardonnay (10%), which sets the “La” with finesse.<\/em><\/p>\n

On the palate, notes of fresh apricot, mirabelle plum, white fruit (pear, apple) and exotic fruit offer sweetness and freshness well into the night.<\/em><\/p>\n

More feminine ;<\/p>\n

The “Ros\u00e9 One” cuv\u00e9e has tangy notes of red berries, redcurrant, strawberry and pink grapefruit, complemented by floral notes. This balanced, delicate structure makes for a clean mouthfeel. <\/em><\/p>\n

The cuv\u00e9e is distinguished by its roundness and lightness, resulting from a blend of Pinot Noir (60%), Pinot Meunier (18%) and Chardonnay (22%).<\/em><\/p>\n

Like the House of Mumm, distribution of the “N\u00b01” range is reserved for emblematic night-time establishments such as the Chalet Mumm at La Folie Douce in Val d’Is\u00e8re, as well as in M\u00e9ribel, Meg\u00e8ve, the Tr\u00e8s Honor\u00e9 in Paris, the Impr\u00e9vu in Lyon and the Duplex in Biarritz.<\/p>\n
