What is Mani <\/a><\/strong>? Quite simply, a restaurant where you can eat fast and well. But what else? A restaurant worthy of a gourmet restaurant, where you can eat with your fingers – yes, you read that right, with your fingers. Finger food, yes, but with Michelin-starred chef Romuald Royer! <\/p>\n

The concept is the brainchild of Romuald Royer, chef and owner of the restaurant. Why the name Mani, you may ask? Mani<\/a><\/strong>means “hands” in Corsican. So there you have it: the hands, the essential element of this place, Romuald’s hands that cook you tasty dishes, and your little fingers to enjoy them. <\/p>\n
