Just a stone’s throw from the Sorbonne, Caf\u00e9 Bouillu is the new trendy address in the neighborhood. With its cutting-edge decor, Asian-influenced dishes and stylish waiters, it’s set to become a popular address for the Happy Few. <\/h4>\n

\"Caf\u00e9<\/p>\n

The restaurant’s walls are adorned with paintings of sexy young women, and the waiters in the dining room are very stylish (beards, long hair, suspenders and bow ties)… Welcome to Caf\u00e9 Bouillu. The new chic and glamorous address in the Latin Quarter. The place is influenced by the Costes universe, with chef Fabrice Rialland having worked at one of the addresses of Paris’s restaurant emperors. The upstairs dining room is quite pleasant. On the plate, classic dishes with an Asian twist. The filet de boeuf Paris \/ Tokyo (beef fillet Paris \/ Tokyo) takes you on a gustatory voyage.
\nOne of the house specialties is carpaccio, which can be served with a wide variety of sauces and accompaniments. For dessert, the Triffle (an English dessert based on custard and whipped cream) is excellent. Very light and a real surprise. <\/h5>\n
