The sun is beginning to shine and summer is here (at last!). And with it, the desire to eat light, good and fresh. With this in mind, the Royal Monceau is a dream spot to enjoy a Bento Box. The concept is Japanese: a stack of boxes with a starter, main course and dessert all brought to the table at once. <\/strong><\/address>\n

The Bento Box: a clever concept!<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

On this day, we choose crunchy green beans, a melting tuna tartare and strawberry salad to finish. This formula is great for people in a hurry, and those who aren’t! It’s all very playful and clever. Accompanied by an iced tea, it’s close to absolute bliss. Bravo to Laurent Andr\u00e9, the chef who came up with this lovely idea, and you can enjoy these dishes in an ideal setting, thanks to the terrace. We finish with an espresso accompanied by a delicious Pierre Herm\u00e9 macaroon.
