The floor littered with bamboo mats was a nod to the season&#8217;s inspiration: assertive exostime without falling into ridiculous kitsch. <\/p>\n<p>Knitwear is the Italian house&#8217;s specialty, and even for the Spring\/Summer season, we could see that Missoni was keen to assert this distinctive savoir-faire, through cashmere sweaters. The tartan, a recurring motif in the collection, is deconstructed and oversized in shades of blue and gray. <\/p>\n<p>This season, Missoni focuses on strong prints and revisited classic patterns: stripes, Prince of Wales, checks and zigzags, injected directly into the knit structure.<\/p>\n<p>Colors and shapes are delicate at Missoni, and the Missoni man sports a casual silhouette that&#8217;s nonetheless elegant and unostentatious. The details are where the breadth of his elegance is fully expressed. Sweaters have rounded collars and are worn under loose-fitting blazers and cardigans.
