With passion, she tells us the story of this daring cookie, from its first creation in 1781, to the moment it comes out of the oven every morning in the Marais stoves. <\/p>\n<p>At Premi\u00e8re Pression Provence, we knead to the tune of Les Copains d&#8217;Abord, and the products we use are based on organic farm flour. La navette, a cookie that&#8217;s simple in shape, but so sophisticated in flavor: the secret?
