This year, Montblanc celebrates the 90th anniversary of its iconic Meisterst\u00fcck fountain pen.<\/strong> Manufactured in Hamburg since 1924, the Meisterst\u00fcck has stood alongside illustrious poets, philosophers, captains of industry and statesmen down the ages, and has become timeless.<\/p>\n

For the occasion, the brand has created a special edition of the Meisterst\u00fcck 149, whose rose gold nib is engraved with a unique motif commemorating the writing instrument’s 90th anniversary. Hand-carved by a master artist in the Manufacture’s Hamburg workshops, each solid gold nib requires 35 infinitely precise gestures. A further 70 steps are then required to ensure perfect assembly, and to test the writing instrument. <\/p>\n\n\t\t
