Founded in Bucharest, Romania, in 1992, Musette has grown steadily, becoming the leading wholesaler of fashion fabrics and accessories on the Romanian market in the early 2000s.
\nThe 2000s brought a wind of change to the company’s business strategy, directing Musette to focus on the production of luxury shoes and leather goods.
\nThe transition from wholesaler to retailer involved considerable effort and resulted in unexpected success, as evidenced by the steady increase in sales and the opening of numerous boutiques.
\nThis growing pace and Musette’s international development led to the opening of its first store abroad: Sofia in Bulgaria.
\nShortly afterwards, two more Musette stores opened, this time for Luxembourgers and New Yorkers. Musette was expanding beyond the old continent.
