Les Demoiselles de Paris<\/strong> was born in 2010 on our beloved Facebook<\/a> social network. The story began with friendship, a passion for writing, and a single goal: to make us dream and laugh without taking ourselves too seriously. The editorial line quickly took shape: to understand everyday life with the spontaneity of a 6-year-old child and the neurons of a woman with a lot on her mind. Every day, the Demoiselles de Paris<\/strong> are moved, annoyed, astonished and amused, and yes, they also sometimes get into trouble. That’s what being a Demoiselle is all about, in a universe that’s always poetic and offbeat. Whether you’re 20 or 60, whether you live in Lyon or Cabris (in the Alpes-Maritimes, a Demoiselle has the right not to know her geography perfectly), being a Demoiselle de Paris<\/strong> is above all a state of mind. <\/p>\n

After rallying over 20,000 followers around their social networking antics, the Demoiselles de Paris<\/strong> have now embarked on a literary adventure, putting their freedom down on paper. “A book is someone” said a certain Victor Hugo, and that book is them. Always witty, funny and incisive , the Demoiselles de Paris<\/strong> draw their inspiration from the world around them (as much as from Nutella) and offer us the best of their reflections, their thoughts, their moods and all their imagination in a pamphlet destined to become a landmark in the history of thought. <\/p>\n
