Bollinger gets a makeover!<\/p>\n

Maison Bollinger has just redesigned the packaging and case of its ros\u00e9 bottle. An opportunity to (re)take a look at the bottle. <\/p>\n

The blend is composed of 62% pinot noir, 24% chardonnay and 14% meunier. This ros\u00e9 has benefited from a cellar maturation time more than 2 times longer than the appellation rules. To the eye, it reveals golden highlights combined with the intense depth of a great red wine. On the nose, there are hints of red berries: redcurrant, cherry and wild strawberry and a touch of spice, which links Bollinger ros\u00e9 to the special cuv\u00e9e style
\nOn the palate, there’s a subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness, with a tannic edge reminiscent of the addition of red wine.

As for the container, there’s new coral branding on the cap, in keeping with the hot pink of the label, and a reduction in the size of the coat of arms, which is now in hot silver, in keeping with the big pink year. Last but not least, the pinkish hue of the case, with its metallic reflections, is fresher and more dynamic. <\/p>\n
