An impressive setting for the Miharayasuhiro<\/strong> fashion show, to say the least. Under the arcades of the Joyce gallery in the gardens of the Palais Royal, the Japanese brand welcomed its guests on this snowy day with warm sake and blankets. In addition to the surprising location and welcome, the music to the rhythm of which the models paraded was also special: the house chose a live soundtrack played by traditional musicians, and the instrument? A taiko, an immense two-sided Japanese drum, which can be played by two people striking with sticks. <\/p>\n

Black and white opened the show, with white embroidery reminiscent of Japanese art on black velvet for sportswear-inspired jackets and down jackets.<\/p>\n

80s chic in a Tokyo that seems straight out of a movie about yakuza gangs, Miharayasuhiro likes to take a trip down memory lane and bring the fashions of yesteryear up to date.<\/p>\n

Gray is also present in this collection, enhanced with 3D prints of golden scales.
\nAsymmetrical zips and metallic hues on shoes, Mihayarasuhiro’s men are bad boys.<\/p>\n

Some pieces are knitted, and collars are generally stand-up.<\/p>\n

A few colors brighten up a rather dark collection, such as orange, beige and camel, which can be appreciated on jackets and coats.<\/p>\n

The suit is a total black look, where originality is found both in the mix of materials and in the scaly gold print, a guarantee of exotic yet serious and solemn chic.<\/p>\n
