We owe caviar to the female sturgeon, who creates it just after the mating season. Once harvested by skilled fishermen, the precious pearls are entrusted to Iranian caviar masters, the best in the world. They select the aromas, textures and flavours worthy of composing the perfect substance. <\/p>\n

Thanks to the expertise of these “masters” and our partner producers, CASPARIAN CAVIAR has selected the richest beans and the most demanding masters to bring you this culinary gem.<\/p>\n

Whether connoisseur or novice, our caviars delight the most delicate taste buds. As with the finest wines or the most subtle perfumes, excellence often has several faces. <\/p>\n

PACKAGING<\/p>\n

All our caviars are farmed and available in tins of 10g, 20g, 30g, 50g, 100g, 125g, 200g, 250g, 500g, 1kg and 1.8 kg.<\/p>\n

CONSERVATION<\/p>\n

Refrigerate at low temperature (0 to 4 degrees). Do not place in the freezer. This delicacy must be consumed within 8 weeks of packaging, the use-by date being indicated on the back of each tin. Once opened, CASPARIAN CAVIAR recommends that you enjoy the contents within 24 hours. <\/p>\n
