Karl Lagerfeld and Fossil have announced the long-awaited global launch of Karl Lagerfeld watches for February 28, 2013.

\nThe collection will be distributed exclusively and simultaneously in selected stores and online in North America, Europe and Asia. Especially for the launch, watches from the initial collection will be presented in limited-edition cases with uniquely engraved case backs.

\nInspired by Karl Lagerfeld himself, the watch collection embodies the
\ndesigner’s vision through cutting-edge timepieces. Emblematic and
\ndaring, the seven watch platforms come in a range of
\nsizes and colors, allowing great versatility to adapt
\nto fashion trends.

\nOne of the most exceptional watches in the collection is the “Karl Zip”, Karl Lagerfeld’s favorite model. The zippers are the embodiment of what Karl Lagerfeld stands for: non-conformist design and a timeless appearance. They’re not just for the eye, they’re fully functional.
