\nThe Park Hyatt Paris-Vend\u00f4me and Montblanc have decided to dazzle your palate with a Yule log in the icy colors of the most iconic writing instrument. The Park Hyatt Paris-Vend\u00f4me’s pastry chef, Pier-Marie le Moigno, has put all his know-how, combining tradition and modernism, into the creation of a unique Yule log, to be enjoyed with the whole family in the warm atmosphere of La Chemin\u00e9e.
\nA real Yule log with forgotten flavours: its mandarin creaminess combines with its chestnut and vanilla mousse to awaken the spirit of Christmas. The sweetness of childhood will resurface with the softness of the meringue and the sweet touches of the mandarin and chestnut confit.<\/p>\n
