NATIONAL CASTING FOR ELITE MODEL LOOK FRANCE 2012

\nA veritable talent-spotter, every year the most prestigious model agency discovers the supermodels of tomorrow, who will walk the runways for the greatest fashion designers and pose in front of the lenses of the most sought-after photographers.<\/p>\n

For the 29th year running, Elite agency recruiters travelled the length and breadth of France to offer a unique springboard to young girls dreaming of becoming models. Street-scouting, online casting on Facebook (registration open until June 30), beach tours, castings in the Unibail-Rodamco group’s “Shopping and Sensations” shopping malls – once again this year, the Elite agency deployed a major effort to find the future Gis\u00e8le Bundchen or Sigrid Agren. <\/p>\n

All spotted girls will take part in the National Casting to be held on Tuesday August 28, 2012 at the Pavillon Wagram, a new Parisian venue that has just opened its doors near the Etoile.<\/p>\n

During this National Casting, the Elite Model Look jury will study the photogenic qualities and personality of all the candidates, essential assets for becoming tomorrow’s top model.<\/p>\n

National Casting Schedule :<\/p>\n

10:00 am – 1:30 pm: Candidates welcome, measurements taken, competition presentation, portrait and full-length photos, jury interviews
\n1:30 pm – 3:00 pm: 1st jury deliberation – lunch break
\n3:00 p.m.: Announcement of the 30 shortlisted girls
\n3:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Hair styling by Camille Albane, photos and videos of the 30 shortlisted candidates, appearance before the jury
\n16:30 – 17:30: 2nd jury deliberation
\n17:30: Announcement of the 12 finalists
\n18:00: Makeover brief<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, the Elite Model Look jury will choose the 12 girls who will stay in Paris for their first makeover and fashion shoot at the Pin Up studio the following day, under the lens of a professional photographer and surrounded by beauty professionals.<\/p>\n

From October 19, the 12 finalists will meet in Paris for 4 days of intensive preparation.
\nThey’ll be showcasing their talent at the Finale France 2012 show on October 22 at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.<\/p>\n

The French winner will then join finalists from 60 other countries at the prestigious International Finals in Shanghai, hoping to follow in the footsteps of Cindy Crawford, St\u00e9phanie Seymour, Gis\u00e8le Bundchen, Constance Jablonski and Sigrid Agren, who all began their modeling careers with the Elite Model Look competition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
