Mad\u00e9nian at the Tr\u00e9vise

\nMathieu Mad\u00e9nian is the comedian we’ve been talking about. He’s been at the Tr\u00e9vise since last September, and his show has been a huge success, leading to an extension until March. He’s the comedy buzz of the moment. He also performs on Europe 1 and, for the first time, with Michel Drucker.
\nWhen we arrive at the Theatre, there’s an impressive queue out front. The show is sold out and seating is free. The auditorium is packed to the rafters. We finally manage to squeeze into the balcony.
\nWith a microphone in hand and settled on a bar chair, the fundamentals of Stand Up are in place. At ease and in constant interaction with the audience, the show goes at 100 miles an hour. The flow is really fast, so much so that we sometimes miss some of the jokes. No one is spared in this show, including the disabled. Over the course of 1 hour 15 minutes (down to the minute!), Mad\u00e9nian also reveals his talents as a comedian, with an outstanding performance as a lemur. He also talks about his origins in Perpignan and the culture shock of Parisian life.
\nIn short, a really funny show, directed by Kader Aoun, in which Mathieu Mad\u00e9nian deploys a truly invigorating acidic and grating sense of humor. <\/p>\n
