\nTo combine these opposites, Chef Renata Dominik has created a surprising and frankly irresistible new dish, which inaugurates a season of waffles, cr\u00eapes and other rolls at Caf\u00e9 Prunier.
\nThe Trio de Cr\u00eapes is a plate made up of three delicious little cr\u00eapes that take the genre up a notch.
\nThese self-wrapped cr\u00eapes have been designed to showcase seafood products in a unique marriage of subtle flavours:
\n– buckwheat pancake, served with a Prunier caviar quenelle
\n– crepe flavored with Tonka bean, served with Balik Pearls salmon roe
\n– cr\u00eape flavoured with dill, served with Balik salmon<\/p>\n

The Chef suggests you accompany this dish with the new cucumber-dill juice, squeezed in minute.
