White, ros\u00e9 and red wines were presented. Focusing on the 5 senses, the workshop offered a new insight into these fine wines. An oenologist helped visitors to better grasp the subtleties of the various beverages, and the steps involved in their production.   <\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7369.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7369-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG_7369\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-47808\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A few delicious dishes highlighted the nuances of each wine. A few cheeses and the Gillardeau oysters went perfectly with the white and ros\u00e9. The Bellota and Mouton Cadet red offered superb flavors on the palate. This blend of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Cabernet franc (15%), rich in tannin, displayed accents of red and black fruits. The combination with the Spanish ham was apt.      <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7382-e1356983472278.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7382-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG_7382\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-47804\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To refine the guests&#8217; other senses, a tactile board would allow them to catch a glimpse of the wine&#8217;s velvety, rounded quality.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7366.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7366-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG_7366\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-47807\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Metal cones were used to inhale Mouton Cadet&#8217;s distinctive flagrances. Others were used to hear the sounds associated with these wines. The sound of rain on vine leaves, the sound of a cork opening a bottle, &#8230;  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7383.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/IMG_7383-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG_7383\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-47813\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fragments of soil from the Bordeaux terroir, characteristic of these wines, caught the eye.  <\/p>\n<p>The House of Baron Philippe de Rothschild presents an atypical centerpiece for the festive season. The result of a partnership with C\u00e9cile Chareyron, an Ateliers d&#8217;Art de France craftswoman, it reveals French excellence. <\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Capture-d%C2%B9%C3%A9cran-2012-10-16-%C3%A0-13.02.52-2.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Capture-d%C2%B9%C3%A9cran-2012-10-16-%C3%A0-13.02.52-2-236x300.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"Screenshot 2012-10-16 at 13.02.52 (2)\" width=\"236\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-47816\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sleek and elegant, it&#8217;s a reminder of how art can be perfectly combined with oenology and gastronomy.
