Since the evening of Monday November 5, the meeting place for Parisian gourmets has been the H\u00f4tel Royal Monceau. Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa<\/strong> is the guest star of his famous restaurant “La Cuisine”, and will be delighting guests until December 31, 2012<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Accompanied by his brigade of sushi masters, Nobu will showcase the signature dishes that have made him famous from New York to Athens, Las Vegas to London<\/strong>. The multi-Michelin-starred Master Chef is an institution of contemporary, cosmopolitan Japanese gastronomy. <\/p>\n

Thanks to his stay in Peru<\/strong> after his apprenticeship, Nobu Matsuhisa was able to develop the subtle blends of spices and aromas that today mark the style of a great chef.<\/p>\n

Whether you dine \u00e0 la carte or choose the 7-course<\/strong> “Omakase” menu<\/strong> (which means “Chef’s choice”), you’ll enjoy “black cod” cod with miso and yuzu, tuna sashimi salad or the “Whisky Cappucino” dessert.<\/p>\n

And because such a meal needs to be well accompanied, you’ll have the pleasure of being offered a selection of sakes<\/strong> “imported exclusively by Nobu from the Hokusetsu House on the island of Sado”. Served both hot and cold in porcelain or bamboo sets, you’ll rediscover an age-old Japanese tradition. <\/p>\n
