Joseph Akhavan, head bartender at La Conserverie, and renowned distiller and liquorist Joseph Cartron have prepared two original recipes.   <\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;Appreciated as a digestif, Marc de Bourgogne, AOC since March 2011, reveals subtle cocktail combinations with pure notes that are simply unique and sublime,&#8221; explains Judith Cartron.<\/p>\n<p>Everything to seduce and amaze your guests.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Le-portrait.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Le-portrait-236x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Le-portrait\" width=\"236\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-29203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Le-portrait-236x300.jpg 236w, https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Le-portrait-806x1024.jpg 806w, https:\/\/www.luxsure.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Le-portrait.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/a>THE PORTRAIT<\/p>\n<p>45ml Marc de Bourgogne Hors d&#8217;Age A.O.C. &#8220;10 ans d&#8217;\u00e2ge&#8221; Joseph Cartron 45%,<br \/>\n15ml Ratafia de Bourgogne Joseph Cartron 18%<br \/>\n3 grains of White Grapes (+ 2\/3 for decoration)<br \/>\n20ml Honey Syrup (*)<br \/>\n15ml fresh Yellow Lemon juice (= 1\/3 lemon) 1 small pinch ground Sweet Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Method: Shaker<br \/>\nCrush the grapes in the shaker,<br \/>\nAdd the other ingredients,<br \/>\nShake well and strain into a chilled glass.<br \/>\nDecoration: Small skewer of grapes<br \/>\nGlass: Martini\/Coupette<\/p>\n<p>(*)Sweet Pepper Honey Syrup: dilute 1 part acacia honey in 1 part boiling water, then remove from heat. For 25 cl of preparation, add 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper in a cloth, then leave to infuse and cool.
