Hosted by Gail Porter and Sponsored by Audemars Piguet, the event was organized for the benefit of Hauser Bears at the Bloombury ballroom in central London. Starting with an introduction, and consisting of a few fashion defiles, the event was later followed by a drinks and canap\u00e9 reception. <\/p>\n

The first series of models on the catwalk wore a limited edition T-shirts in multiple sizes and colours, destined for both men and women. The tee’s designs featured cute little bears with humoristic slogans which were specifically created for the night by David & Goliath. <\/p>\n

This was shortly followed with a Lingerie Wear fashion show by Nichole de Carle, whose collection was beautifully designed, with lace and ribbons and an edge of eccentricity reflected in the geometrical forms and patterns covering the bodices. Her collection, usually derived from architectural worldwide wonders, was breathtaking to say the least. The models ended the show by walking on stage in their undies and their hands covering their chest for the pleasure of the male audience. <\/p>\n

Right after the female catwalk, it was for the women in the audience to rejoice with a fashion show of men in Scottish kilts. The brand in question, The English Kilt Company, produced a series of men’s skirts in pure wool worsted fabric tailored and designed by Stephen Jacob. Loulou Bontemps followed with her selection of remarkable couture pieces and antique accessories and last but not least, Florian Jayet made a dramatic appearance with his collection of insect and armour inspired dresses, which fierce structure marked the end of the fashion show and the start of the reception. <\/p>\n
