This punctuation mark, unfortunately forgotten by many (if not all), means a lot to the designer, who discovered it at the age of 8 in a dictionary given to her by her father. For Agn\u00e8s b, the irony point symbolizes &#8221; <em>casual elegance, both simple and sophisticated<\/em> &#8220;, adjectives that also characterize her.  <\/p>\n<p>For the record, the point of irony was created by  <em>in the late 19th century by a French poet, and is placed at the end of a sentence (like an exclamation mark) to indicate that it should be taken in the second degree. Agn\u00e8s b confides that she would like to see the ironic point reappear in everyday life, in literature as well as in cell phone text messages and e-mails. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Everyone has their own point of irony, according to Agn\u00e8s b.
