Louis Golay International, creator of pearl jewelry and in particular of the Miss Japan 2011 crown, with over a century of experience in the country, today presented its Japanese ambassador – Marie Yanaka – with the original design for the crown, the first item in an auction to be held in autumn to benefit Japanese disaster victims.<\/p>\n

With the support of Quorum Communication, publisher of L’Ann\u00e9e Horlog\u00e8re Suisse, and Antiquorum, a leading watch auction company, a collection of timepieces and jewelry is being launched to mark the visit of Miss Japan to Baselworld. An emotional Marie Yanaka, dressed in a sumptuous kimono, thanked watchmakers and jewelers for their generosity.
