\nA gentle interlude in the hustle and bustle of October, and a new
\nsalon 2010!
\nNaturalness, label-labeled chocolates and a limited greenhouse effect take center stage at
\nPavillon 5 at Porte de Versailles to celebrate the Year of Biodiversity.
\nThe Salon du Chocolat launches the “Ethic et Choc” trend and gives “carte
\nverte” to good, organic and sustainable chocolate, at an even more
\ndesirable fair trade show…
\nIn 2010, the Salon du Chocolat becomes the event for “biotiful” people!
\nGreen” sets the tone this year: smart objects, design trends, looks, etc.
\nbeautiful and organic, trendy food, innovative products and committed behavior…
\nToday, it’s possible to consume everything: decoration, architecture, cooking,
\nbeauty, fashion, luxury, jewelry or chocolate, doing something good for yourself but also for the world.
\nalso to the environment…
\nFor 5 days of chocolate extravaganza, the Salon du Chocolat de Paris will feature
\nconferences, musical shows, the ”
\nchocolate trends” fashion show, photo exhibitions… all the show’s “green” initiatives,
\nwith the aim of raising awareness of
\nsustainable development and ethical consumption.
\nThis initiative is all the more legitimate given that the show, a platform for exchanges and
\nmeetings, has historically represented a link between cocoa-producing countries
