We immediately think that they will make us take 10 years and especially that they will give us a look &#8220;too much&#8221;. However, lagoon blue is the ideal shade to revive and refresh the look. It is a color that suits all skin tones, from the palest to the darkest. (Turquoise blue is particularly suitable for brown eyes, which appear lighter due to the contrast created by this sparkling color).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #33cccc\"><strong>Applying eye shadow : <\/strong><\/span><br \/> Gently apply eye shadow to the mobile eyelid all around the eye. If the blue you choose is really intense, you should avoid shading it to the eyebrows (you might look more like Bozo the clown than a mermaid). Place a lighter shade under the brow bone to brighten your eyes.
