Claire Naa, one half of the talented duo that brought us the adorable Origami Jewellery origami, is back with a new collection entitled Bra\u00ef.<\/p>\n

Between 1821 and 1824, Louis Braille, who had become blind at the age of 3, invented the 6-dot writing system, formed into cells for easy reading, based on a coded writing system used by the military. Since then, this writing system has been adapted to a large number of languages.

\nRings, necklaces and bracelets are stamped with the word Touch in the Braille alphabet. Tactile jewelry, to raise awareness of this sense so essential to the visually impaired. <\/p>\n

The origami-folded box is embossed with the full Braille alphabet, for those who want to discover it with their fingertips.<\/p>\n

At the end of each necklace is a little tassel to add, the \u20ac3 (for silver) or \u20ac5.50 (for gold) of which is donated to the Valentin Ha\u00fcy association, which helps the visually impaired on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

Embossed with the word Toucher (touch in French), it aims to raise awareness about this essential sense for the visually impaired.
