Young American designer of Nepalese origin, Prabal Gurung<\/a> has left his mark on the fashion world in just three collections. Rewarded by a grant from the Ecco Domani fashion foundation, which supports young designers such as Alexander Wang or the Proenza Schouler duo, there is no doubt that the career of this young talent will be at least as brilliant as those of his predecessors…<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Two-tone outfits, draped dresses with elegant and pure curves, far from the embellishments and overkill that too often characterize the collections of young designers, Prabal Gurung delivers refined collections with simplicity, never losing sight of the fact that fashion is made to be worn. Some may criticize his lack of originality, but let’s leave the secret of his colorful compositions to the late Alexander McQueen and appreciate the soft charm that emanates from the young American designer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
