Provence, famous for its rustic charm, natural beauty and exquisite wines, offers a wealth of treasures to discover. Among these is Maison Sainte Marguerite, a winery that embodies the very essence of this region. Far from the clich\u00e9s of Provence, this estate is run by a family that has challenged the conventions of ros\u00e9 wine, shaping a range of singular wines. <\/p>\n

The Fayard family, owners of Sainte Marguerite en Provence for 46 years, have boldly and independently anticipated consumer expectations and created ros\u00e9 wines marked by elegance and finesse. These wines stand out in the wine world for their unique identity, the fruit of an atypical career and an unwavering respect for the environment. <\/p>\n

In 1977, Brigitte and Jean-Pierre Fayard discovered and fell under the spell of the Sainte-Marguerite estate in La Londe-les-Maures. Self-taught, visionary and determined, they recognized the potential of Provence ros\u00e9 wines well before the craze of the 2000s. Their family has grown and their children, Olivier, Enzo, Sigol\u00e8ne and Lionel, have joined the adventure, each bringing their own contribution to the edifice, joining forces to pursue their parents’ dream. <\/p>\n

In 2022, a partnership was formed with the Pernod Ricard group, with the aim of consolidating the project and further developing Sainte Marguerite en Provence, both in France and internationally.<\/p>\n

The Sainte Marguerite vineyard covers almost 200 hectares divided into 11 parcels, all located on some of the most renowned terroirs in the C\u00f4tes-de-Provence AOC. The estate obtained Ecocert certification in 2003, following twenty years of natural vine cultivation. The estate also offers vegan wines, as demonstrated by the Fantastique Ros\u00e9 cuv\u00e9e, which benefits from both organic and vegan certification. <\/p>\n

Of the 17 grape varieties grown in Provence, Sainte Marguerite en Provence has chosen Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle for its ros\u00e9s. These three grape varieties, planted according to soil type and plot orientation, give Sainte Marguerite en Provence wines their distinctive elegance and finesse. <\/p>\n

The company offers two emblematic cuv\u00e9es. Cuv\u00e9e Symphonie Ros\u00e9, certified organic in France, is appreciated for its finesse, freshness and generous aroma, with notes of white peach and citrus. <\/p>\n\n\t\t
