In an ever-changing world, the symbiosis of tradition and innovation is essential. It’s in this spirit that the Vignerons des Terres Secr\u00e8tes<\/em> unveil their latest creation: the Saint-V\u00e9ran 2020 from the Cer\u00e7o range. <\/p>\n

A cuv\u00e9e that sings the praises of Burgundy<\/h4>\n

Nestled in the heart of the M\u00e2connais region, in the commune of Priss\u00e9, the Saint-V\u00e9ran vines draw their essence from clay-limestone soil. This unique terroir, tinged with minerality, gives birth to exceptional Chardonnays, true ambassadors of Burgundy. <\/p>\n

The 2020 vintage, characterized by its warmth, dryness and earliness, was a blessing for these vines carefully cultivated in Organic Agriculture. The harvest, carried out in optimal conditions, produced grapes of rare quality. <\/p>\n

Cer\u00e7o: An eco-responsible approach<\/h4>\n

Cer\u00e7o is more than just a name: it embodies a project for 100% eco-designed, collaborative wines. Behind this approach is a team of 25 employees and 14 committed winemakers, all united by a common goal: to produce wines that respect the Earth while being economically viable. <\/p>\n

Launched in February 2022, the Cer\u00e7o range offers a palette of five wines, each reflecting a specific Burgundy appellation. The Cer\u00e7o adventure doesn’t stop there. From 2021, every wine in the range will be bottled in a container designed for reuse, reinforcing their eco-responsible commitment. <\/p>\n

A wine with delicate, ethical notes<\/h4>\n

When tasted, Saint-V\u00e9ran 2020 Cer\u00e7o immediately seduces with its golden color, a symbol of its nobility. Fruity and floral aromas mingle in a refined olfactory dance, giving way to a mouth that’s both full-bodied and fresh, perfectly balanced. <\/p>\n

Les Vignerons des Terres Secr\u00e8tes : Guardians of a tradition<\/h4>\n

Established in southern Burgundy since 1928, the 120 families of Vignerons des Terres Secr\u00e8tes are the custodians of a winemaking tradition that has evolved with the times. With 906 hectares of AOC vines, they are the leading producer of AOC Saint-V\u00e9ran. This unique cooperative winery stands out for its profound respect for the environment and its terroirs, an approach rewarded by the “Vignerons Engag\u00e9s” label since 2013. <\/p>\n
