Until now considered elitist and unaffordable, horse ownership is being democratized via the MULTIRACERS mutualization concept founded by Messrs. Menendez and Olier.<\/p>\n

The advantages are to make shopping a leisure and a point of conviviality<\/p>\n

to benefit from the rights of the owner<\/p>\n

to decide on the activity of the company<\/p>\n

to manage in a safe and predictable way<\/p>\n

to benefit from services: website, newsletters, contact with the stables and visits to the training center.<\/p>\n

The principle is simple and unsurprising: the costs are covered by the investment and the profits are paid out in the form of dividends.<\/p>\n

This offer is affordable from 590 euros, well below the average annual maintenance budget.<\/p>\n

To date, the concept already has nearly 200 owners.<\/p>\n

The news of the life of the stable and the horses is accessible to each co-owner on the site with photos and videos.<\/p>\n

Attending the races is easier for each co-owner thanks to the “owner’s card” issued by France Galop.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
